Kalypso is seeking candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a Senior Manager.

As a Senior Manager, you will take high-level responsibility for the daily management of multiple accounts and projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets our client's priorities, and mentor upcoming Business Analysts and Consultants on best consulting practices. You will combine strategic thinking with the transformative impact of technology, unlocking new value and leading companies through times of change for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Life Science, Consumer Packaged Goods, High Tech, Manufacturing and Energy. The work is demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities.

You will report to our Digital Consulting Principal and can work remotely in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and share strategic insight and perspective with clients on PLM concepts, PLM software tool capabilities and functionality, and leading practices within the enabled business processes
• Lead in preparing sales proposals, SOWs, and business plans in a team structure Manages engagement risk and identifies strategies for risk mitigation
• Manage business economics, unbilled charges, and accounts receivable
• Facilitate client agreement on necessary changes and ensures changes are implemented cost-effectively
• Ensure that client understands consequences of engagement decisions and is prepared for next phase
• Maintain regular contact with current and past client decision makers
• Qualify opportunities based on knowledge of Firm services, practices and understanding of client business issues
• Instructs at firm education programs
• Lead engagement work planning and budget development Integrates analytical results and recommendations into solution for client
• Seek to understand cultural norms/communication styles of team members and leverages diverse styles on the project
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team
• Lead the team and ensure excellence in delivery

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Overall 15+ years of work experience with progressively increasingly levels of responsibility
• Deep experience in the mining and metals sectors within operations, asset management or IT/OT functions
• Prior experience and positive track record in a senior-level role with a consulting or professional services organization providing digital solutions to the mining and metals industry
• Track record in selling and delivering consulting / professional services in digital technologies
• Experience leading the implementation, validation and deployment of scalable, commercial IoT/IIoT and analytics solutions in a client-facing setting
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

The total target compensation range for this role is $200,800-$301,200 of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
