We are currently seeking a Job Captain who is team-oriented, proficient in BIM and actively seeking architectural licensure to join our firm in Los Angeles on the Westside. We work in close collaboration with large multi-disciplinary engineering corporations nationwide through a team-oriented approach. We provide comprehensive and responsive solutions to our clients’ needs through integrated services in building design, transportation-oriented design and urban design. The positions have opportunity for long-term growth and leadership with our firm.
Self-motivated coordinator/designer capable of leading a team under the guidance of project architect and project manager.
Proficient in BIM – Revit/AutoCAD.
Experience in SD, DD, CD and Contract Administration phases.
Comprehensive understanding of codes and ordinances.
Prepare solid and well-coordinated Design and Construction Documents.
Arch. or M. Arch.
5+ years of experience under licensed architects depending on qualification.
Professional Architectural License pursuit.
Experience in transit station design is preferable.
Capable of working in a multi-disciplinary engineering and design team.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000. Salary will be based upon qualifications and relevant experiences.
