We have immediate openings in our Seattle-metro and Portland, Oregon offices for experienced fire technicians AND electricians interested in transitioning to the fire alarm / fire protection industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, service, program, test, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm and special hazard fire suppression systems.
Oregon LEA (limited-energy electrician) license or have the ability to become licensed within 6 months of hire
Washington 06 (limited-energy electrician) license or have the ability to become licensed within 6 months of hire
NICET Certification - or have the ability to become licensed within 6 months of hire, pay increase with each cert level
Experience with Notifier, Kidde-Fenwal, Ansul, Fike, etc. -- PREFERRED
Experience with / or basic understanding of fire sprinkler systems and their operation Basic computer skills
Clean criminal record
Must have excellent driving record with valid driver's license
A clean cut professional appearance
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Motivated, team oriented person with a strong work ethic
Willing to be participate in revolving on-call schedule
